Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the AURION IPTV service. By subscribing you accept them, so please read them before you order.
1. What the service is
AURION provides access to an internet television service. After payment you receive personal credentials that work in standard IPTV player applications on your own devices. No satellite dish, cable connection or set-top box is supplied or required.
2. Independent platform
AURION is an independent streaming platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any broadcaster, channel or rights holder. All artwork shown on this website is placeholder material; no third-party channel or brand logos are used.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to subscribe. The subscription is for personal, private and non-commercial use in your own household.
4. Activation and credentials
Once payment is confirmed we send your username, password and playlist link on WhatsApp, usually within a few minutes, together with a short setup guide. Your credentials are personal. You may not share, publish, resell or sublicense them. If we detect credentials being shared beyond your household we may suspend the account without refund.
5. Simultaneous devices
Each plan includes a set number of simultaneous streams: 2 on the 1 Month plan, 3 on 3 Months, 4 on 6 Months and 5 on 12 Months. You may install the service on as many of your own devices as you wish — the limit applies only to how many streams run at the same time.
6. Price, payment and term
Prices are shown on the pricing page and include all charges unless stated otherwise. Payment is made once for a fixed period by card, bank transfer or the payment link we send on WhatsApp. There is no minimum contract and nothing renews automatically: when a period ends, the subscription simply stops until you choose to extend it.
7. Your connection
A stable internet connection is required and is your own responsibility. We recommend at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. We cannot be held responsible for playback problems caused by your own connection, hardware or network provider.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service running continuously and our support team is available every day, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, server changes and circumstances outside our control may cause temporary interruptions. If something stops working, message us and we will fix it as quickly as we can.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service unlawfully, not to record, rebroadcast, redistribute or publicly display the content, and not to attempt to circumvent any technical limitation of the service. Breaching this section may result in suspension without refund.
10. Cancellation and refunds
Every plan includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. The full conditions are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be waived.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your subscription. The date of the latest revision is shown above.
